Planning maintenance, managing service calls, and handling them on the go are at the core of both solutions. In luxData.pro, this is done through comprehensive scheduling and the luxData.mobileApp; in luxData.easy, it’s done through maintenance and service call documentation, including the luxData.easyApp. Both solutions can also be supplemented with stoerung24, the incident portal for citizen reports.
Develop a Custom Control System—or Integrate an Existing One?
Two approaches that complement—rather than replace—each other: With luxData.connect, you have your own control system; with luxData.control, you integrate existing systems into your asset management. Both work with luxData.pro and luxData.easy—either individually or in combination.
Your own open control platform: Directly connect, switch, dim, and automate lights and systems—manufacturer-neutral, without relying on a third-party manufacturer’s cloud.
Are you already using a system like eSave or Interact? luxData.control integrates existing control systems via API—status data, switching times, and control commands are consolidated in your asset management system.
